If you’re encountering issues running signaturky for the first time, they are usually simple and quick to resolve. Below are some common problems and their solutions to help you get started.

Is signaturky installed for your domain?

To verify if signaturky is installed for your domain, visit the signaturky Marketplace listing. The page should look like this if signaturky is already installed:

If the page appears as shown above, signaturky is successfully installed for your domain.

Is signaturky enabled for all users?

To check if signaturky is enabled for all users: Go to Google Admin Console → Apps → Domain Install Google Workspace Apps. Ensure the application status is set to ON for everyone, as shown below:

Click on the app in the table. It should indicate:

  • "Enabled for all organizational units"
  • "Data Access" is set to Status: Granted

For further verification, click on View organizational units and groups. The page should look like this, confirming that signaturky is enabled for all users:

Has a Super Admin logged into signaturky at least once?

At least one Super Admin must log in to signaturky to allow other users in the domain to access it.

To log in, a Super Admin can:

  • Visit app.signaturky.com directly in the browser.
  • Use the Waffle button (Google Apps button), navigate to the 3rd party apps section, and click on the signaturky icon. This will open signaturky in a new tab or window.
