With signaturky, you can enhance your email signature by adding icons—such as social media logos—and linking them to specific URLs. This guide will walk you through selecting an icon, customizing its appearance, and setting up a clickable link.

Adding an icon
Step 1: Open the Signature Editor
Navigate to the signature editor where you can modify your signature content.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Insert icon’ Button
In the toolbar, click on the ‘Insert icon’ button. This will open the icon selection panel.
Step 3: Choose an icon
A popup will appear where you can:
- Select an icon size (10, 16, 24, or 32 pixels).
- Choose an icon color from predefined options.
- Pick from over 40 different icons.
For this example, we set:
- Size: 24 pixels

Step 4: Add the icon to the Signature
Click on your chosen icon, and it will be automatically inserted into the signature.
Adding a link to an icon
Step 5: Click on the icon to Edit Its Properties
Click on the inserted icon, and a floating toolbar will appear.
Click on the pencil (edit) icon to modify the icon settings.
Step 6: Open the Image Properties Panel
The Image Properties modal will open, allowing you to:
- Add a URL link to the icon.
- Enable the “Open link in new tab” option.
Step 7: Add a Link to the icon
Enter the desired link in the Link field. In this example, we set it to:https://signaturky.com

Check the “Open link in new tab” option if you want the link to open in a new browser tab.
Click Apply (2)
to save your changes.
That’s it! Your icon is now added to the signature and linked to your chosen URL.
