With signaturky you can delegate managing signatures in the domain to a non-admin user.
This allows you to delegate this task to a user with fewer privileges in the domain.

Please note that users who are ‘Delegated admins’ can edit and update everything in signaturky except the settings available on the Settings and Billing pages.

Delegating access to managing signatures

Step 1: Navigate to Settings

In the left-hand menu, go to ConfigurationSettings.

Step 2: Set the delegated admins

Locate the Delegated admins (semicolon separated list) field (1). Enter the primary email addresses of the users you want to delegate access to—separate them with a semicolon.

When finished, click Save global settings (2) to apply the changes.

As a result, users listed as delegated admins can access signaturky and manage the signatures of all users in the domain.
Please note that delegated admins cannot access the Settings and Billing pages.

Removing delegated access to managing signatures

Step 1: Navigate to Settings

In the left-hand menu, go to ConfigurationSettings.

Step 2: Remove delegated admins

Locate the Delegated admins (semicolon separated list) field (1). Clear the field (remove all emails).
When finished, click Save global settings (2) to apply the changes.

As a result, no user is set up as a delegated admin.
When attempting to log in, non-admin users will see a message indicating they do not have access, as shown below.

You’ve successfully delegated signature management to a non-admin user. If needed, you can revoke access anytime by clearing the delegated admins list.
