Understanding Enforcement Rules

Enforcement rules define which email signature templates should be applied to users in your domain.
For example:

  • Apply different templates to two organizational units (OUs).
  • Assign a single template for all users in the domain, except for specific users.

Priority of Rules:

  • The most specific rule takes precedence:
    • User rules override Group and OU rules.
    • Group rules override OU rules.
