Understanding Enforcement Rules
Enforcement rules define which email signature templates should be applied to users in your domain.
For example:
- Apply different templates to two organizational units (OUs).
- Assign a single template for all users in the domain, except for specific users.
Priority of Rules:
- The most specific rule takes precedence:
- User rules override Group and OU rules.
- Group rules override OU rules.
