With signaturky, you can set up a custom default profile picture for users who haven’t uploaded one. This helps maintain consistency and reinforces branding across email signatures.

Step 1: Navigate to Settings

In the left-hand menu, go to Configuration → Settings.

Step 2: Set the Default Profile Photo

Locate the “Default profile photo for users without one” field (1). Enter the URL of the image you want to use as the default profile picture.
When finished click “Save global settings” (2) to apply the changes.

That’s all - Once configured, the {{profilePhoto}} variable will automatically insert the specified default profile image for users who have not set a profile picture.
