You will be redirected to the creator. On the left side, you will see the template, and on the right side, you will find configuration options.

If you want the template to automatically apply user data when used,
make sure to keep {{variables}} in fields such as {{email}}.

Modify the settings (style and visibility of elements) as needed.

In this example, the following changes were made:

  • The primary color was changed from black to blue.
  • The secondary color was changed to a different shade of gray.
  • The icon size was reduced.
  • Some elements, such as the company address, were hidden.

Every change in the settings section (1) will be immediately applied to the template. You can preview the resulting HTML code and copy the template to the clipboard at any time (2).

Step 4: Save your template

Once you are satisfied with the final result, you can update the name of your template as desired (or keep the default name) (3), and then click Create Template (4) to save the new template.

Your personalized signature template is now ready! You can use it in Enforcing Rules or apply it to specific users, groups, or organizational units.
