The signaturky Outlook add-in keeps your email signature available directly in Outlook and applies it automatically when you compose a new message.

If you still need to deploy the add-in, use one of these guides:

How it works on web and desktop

On Outlook web, the signature is applied automatically when composing a new email.

Outlook desktop uses the same add-in behavior as Outlook web.

You can also open the add-in task pane (sidebar) by clicking the add-in icon in the apps toolbar.

In the task pane, you can see guidance text and two actions:

  • Apply signature: Applies the signature to the current message.
  • Refresh signature: Fetches the latest signature from signaturky and applies it.

The task pane also explains that signatures are managed by signaturky, they update automatically when the From address changes, and you can use these buttons if the signature was modified unintentionally.

How it works on mobile (Android and iPhone)

On Outlook mobile, the signature is applied automatically when composing a new email. No additional action is needed.
